Management
Enumerate Consulting is privately owned and managed by Mr Shoayb Loonat. Mr Loonat is a qualified Quantity
Surveyor and Project Manager and has over ten years experience
in the construction industry.
Mr
Loonat
obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from
the University of the Witwatersrand. Subsequent to graduating, Mr Loonat was employed by Ayob Ismail and
Mahomedy Quantity Surveyors as a Quantity Surveyor for a period of three
years. While employed he also completed his Bachelor of Commerce
through UNISA and managed to obtain this degree Cum Laude.
Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Loonat was employed by Venn
& Milford Incorporated, a company which has been in existence in the
construction and mining industries for over sixty years. He was intially employed by Venn
& Milford as a Senior Quantity Surveyor but soon thereafter became an
Associate and a vital component of its management structure. It was after
serving approximately four years with Venn & Milford that Mr Loonat decided
to take the giant leap and start Enumerate
Consulting.
